(Viognier) Harvesting of the grapes from the second half of August, fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. It is aged only in steel with repeated pumping over with fine pomace to give the wine more body. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, with a fruity citrus scent. It is recommended in combination with raw fish but given the freshness even as an aperitif. 0.75 lt glass bottle. 12.5% ??vol.
