(Sauvignon) Harvesting of the grapes from the second half of August, fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. It is aged only in steel with repeated repassing of the fine marc according to the occurrence. Straw-yellow in color with greenish reflections, it presents enveloping floral aromas. With a fresh, savory and enveloping taste, it has herbaceous scents. It is recommended in combination with risottos and first courses of white meat or fish and fresh cheeses. 0.75 cl. 13% vol.
