(Merlot) Harvesting of the grapes from the second half of September. The bunches conferred in the cellar are left to macerate and ferment for about ten days on the skins at a controlled temperature. After the process of drawing off and soft pressing the wine is matured in French oak barrels for about 12 months. Following its bottling, the Merlot is aged in bottle for at least 4 months before marketing. 0.75 lt glass bottle. 13% vol. Intense ruby ??red color, enveloping taste. It goes well with simple pasta dishes, stewed with red meats and hard cheeses.
